Shilpa Joseph is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the energy sector. They began their career as an Engineering Intern at EQT Corporation in 2009 and later worked as a Field Engineer at Baker Hughes from 2011 to 2013. Shilpa then progressed through roles at CONSOL Energy, serving as an Associate Engineer – Gas from 2013 to 2015 and as a Reservoir Engineer from 2015 to 2018. They have continued to develop their expertise as a Staff Reservoir Engineer at Range Resources since 2023 and previously held a similar position at CNX from 2022 to 2023. Shilpa earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University in 2011.
