Fiona Marshall is a seasoned People and Culture Consultant with over 20 years of experience in the industrial sector, dedicated to enhancing company profitability and sustainability through strategic partnerships and data-driven approaches. They have held key leadership roles, including Executive General Manager at Simonds Homes and General Manager at RANGEDALE, where they focus on improving employee engagement and cultivating positive workplace cultures.
