Olga Fadeeva

Olga Fadeeva is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Executive General Manager of People and Safety at REMONDIS Australia since February 2022, following a successful tenure as General Manager of People and Safety. Prior to this role, Olga held various positions at Toyota Material Handling Australia, including General Manager of Human Resources and National HR Manager, from May 2008 to February 2022. Olga began their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Carers NSW from June 2006 to May 2008. Educationally, Olga holds a Senior Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School and several executive certificates from prestigious institutions, including the University of California, Berkeley, WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Employment Law from Curtin University. Additionally, Olga earned a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and HR Management from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor’s degree in Management focusing on Labour Relations from Moscow University of Management.
