Lilliam Fajardo possesses over three decades of extensive financial and consulting experience across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Ranger American since November 2010, Lilliam has also held a significant role as Director of Finance. Previous positions include serving as a business consultant for Dorado Beach Company, with expertise in the Real Estate and Hospitality sectors, and as Deputy Executive Director at PR Ports Authority, overseeing daily airport and port operations. Additional experience includes a role as Chief Financial Officer at Ritz Carlton San Juan Hotel, Spa & Casino, and as a Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP, leading audit and advisory projects across multiple industries. Lilliam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Computer Information Systems from the University of Puerto Rico.
