Chaz A. Cannova

Chaz A. Cannova currently serves as Associate General Counsel at Ranger Energy Services, LLC, since January 2024. Previously, Chaz held the position of Corporate Counsel - Senior Contracts Counsel at Powell from December 2022 to January 2024 and served as Corporate Counsel - Contracts at Crest Industries from August 2020 to December 2022. Chaz's military experience includes active duty as a Captain in the Air Force and as a Special Agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, where investigations spanned technology security, criminal cases involving Air Force personnel, and intelligence gathering. Chaz earned a Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Civil Law from Louisiana State University and holds an MBA from Maryville University of Saint Louis, along with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
