Andrew J. Duffy

Andrew J. Duffy is the current Managing Partner, Chief Investment Officer & Senior Portfolio Manager at Ranger Global Real Estate Advisors. Prior to this, they were with Citigroup from January 2008 to February 2009 as a Portfolio Manager where they managed a long/short portfolio of real estate securities. From August 1999 to January 2006, they were with TIAA-CREF as a Portfolio Manager where they were in charge of all real estate equity securities. From January 1993 to July 1999, Duffy worked at Eagle Asset Management as a Senior Research Analyst on the Equity Income Portfolio Team. Andrew has also been with Raymond James & Associates from January 1986 to December 1992 as a partner.

Andrew J. Duffy has earned a MBA from Harvard Business School in the fields of finance and real estate. Andrew also holds a BS in electrical engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Andrew J. Duffy is also certified from the CFA Institute as a Chartered Financial Analyst.
