Dustin Grutza

Dustin Grutza is the founder of CraftForce since 2013. Dustin was the Executive Vice President at Ranger Steel from 2010 to present, where they held multiple roles including VP Sales and Marketing, Project Manager, and QC Manager. At Ranger Steel, they implemented a new accounting and time clock system. Dustin is also the co-founder of Oggo from 2017 to 2020, and the co-founder of The Talent Chain from 2017 to 2020. Additionally, they served as the Director at Founder Institute from 2016 to 2020, and was a part of the 2016 Class at Ocean Accelerator.

Dustin Grutza obtained an MBA degree in Business management, accounting, finance, marketing strategy, and entrepreneurship from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business in the years 2009-2010. Prior to that, they completed a BSIM degree in Engineering, operations management, supply chain management, and entrepreneurship from the same university during 2004-2008. In addition, Dustin Grutza has also obtained a certification as a Procore Administrator from Procore Technologies in 2020.
