Carolanne Gay is an experienced sports and education professional currently serving as the Academy Education Executive and PlayerCare at Rangers Football Club since May 2022. With a strong background in promoting health and wellbeing through sports, Carolanne has been a Health and Wellbeing Coach at Partick Thistle Charitable Trust since March 2017, engaging with disadvantaged communities. Previous roles include Physical Education Teacher and Youth Wellbeing at St. Marys Kenmure, Rugby Coach and PE staff at St Aloysius' College Glasgow, and Community Rugby Development Officer with East Dunbartonshire Leisure and Culture Trust. Additionally, Carolanne contributed to the SPFL Trust as an FFIT Coach. Academic qualifications include a PGDip in Further Education from the University of Stirling and a BSc in Sports Coaching from the University of the West of Scotland, among others.
