Ashley Casaday

Ashley Casaday has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as the Executive Managing Director of Capital Markets at RangeWater Real Estate since January 2012. Throughout this tenure, Ashley has held several key positions including Senior Director of Investments - Development, Development Manager - Investments & Dispositions, and Development Associate. Prior to joining RangeWater, Ashley gained valuable experience as a Multifamily Housing Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology from January 2011 to May 2012 and worked with Winter Construction in a hospitality-focused role from May 2010 to May 2011. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Georgia Institute of Technology, completing the degree in 2012.
