Prior to this role, Drew held the position of Vice President at Waypoint Real Estate Investments, leading underwriting and market research for projects exceeding $840 million. Additional experience includes roles as Asset Manager at Cocke Finkelstein, Inc. and Hunt Companies, where Drew successfully managed and repositioned multifamily asset portfolios. Drew began a career in the industry as an Asset Analyst and Accountant, following an education in Accounting from Florida State University.
