M.D. Majedul Haque

Md. Majedul Haque is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Amin Islam Group since January 2017, responsibilities include managing fund-related correspondence with banks and preparing financial statements. Simultaneously, since January 2010, Md. Majedul Haque has held the position of Head of Corporate Finance at Rangs Group, overseeing financial reporting and liaising with bankers, auditors, and tax agents. Previously, from February 2007 to December 2009, Md. Majedul Haque was the Chief Financial Officer at Nitol Group, where duties encompassed managing financial activities, tax and VAT matters, cost control, budgeting, and financial performance analysis. Educational credentials include a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh, as well as Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Accounting from Jagannath University, Dhaka.
