Marcin Zawada

Marcin Zawada, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Marcin began their career as an Analyst at INC SA in January 2014 and worked there until July 2015. Marcin then joined McKinsey & Company as a Senior Analyst from August 2015 to August 2019. In 2018, Marcin joined The Rank Group plc, where they held multiple positions. Marcin started as the Transformation Programme Lead from November 2018 to January 2020. Marcin then became the Chief Operating Officer - International from January 2020 to June 2022. Currently, Marcin holds the role of Board Director - Passion Gaming, starting from June 2021. Additionally, in July 2022, they assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer - Grosvenor Casinos at The Rank Group plc.

Marcin Zawada, CFA has a strong education background with a focus on capital investments and corporate financial strategies. Marcin holds a Master's Degree in Capital Investments and Corporate Financial Strategies from Poznan University of Economics And Business, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015.
