Great Anthony possesses extensive experience in technical customer success and product support, currently serving as a Technical Customer Success - Tier II at Rank Math SEO and as a Technical Product Support professional for group.one, both since April 2022. Anthony co-founded a stealth startup focused on financial technology and consumer social in emerging markets, leveraging machine learning and AI. Previous roles include Technical Partnership Account Manager at OFFSCENT, where significant partnerships were developed, and Senior Technical Support Manager at CusRev.com, where customer issues were effectively managed.
