Jonathan Staub

Jonathan Staub serves as the Regional Director of Retail Operations for Rank + Rally since 2023, overseeing P&L, budget, e-commerce, and operational strategies across major markets in the West Region, including Las Vegas and Los Angeles. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Director of Retail Operations at Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor and accrued extensive experience in retail and merchandise operations with companies such as Fanatics, Legends, and Mountain Star Sports Group. Jonathan's career began at Big Box Retailer, where promotions led to significant leadership roles. Jonathan’s educational background includes both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree obtained between 2003 and 2009.
