Mathew Ruberg

Mathew Ruberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, technical direction, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Technical Program Director at the Ranked Choice Voting Resource Center, Mathew leads a team focused on RCTab initiatives. As a co-founder and Director at Rank The Vote Kentucky, Mathew advocates for Ranked Choice Voting in the state. Previous roles include Community Engagement Coordinator for The Library Foundation, Targeting Analyst and Regional Digital Organizer at the National Democratic Redistricting Committee, and various positions in campaign technology and web development. Mathew holds a Bachelor of Science in Decision Science & Information Systems from the University of Kentucky.
