Rosemary F. Blizzard

Rosemary Blizzard is currently the Executive Director at Ranked Choice Voting Resource Center, where Rosemary previously held the position of Director of Operations and Finance. Before joining the organization, Rosemary worked at Barrow, Parris & Davenport, PA as an Accounting & Auditing Staff member. Additionally, Rosemary served as the Director of Elections at the Wayne County Board of Elections in Goldsboro NC. Rosemary also has experience as the Owner of RBlizzard Photography. Rosemary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Elon University and a Master's degree in History from Wake Forest University.
