Rhit Becky Coker

Becky Coker, RHIT, CPHQ has a strong background in the healthcare industry, with extensive experience in health information management and medical staff services. Becky began their career in 1979 as a Medical Records Supervisor at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, where they worked for 15 years. In 1994, they joined St. Elizabeth Medical Center as a Medical Staff Performance Improvement Coordinator, a role they held for 8 years. In 2002, Becky joined Gateway Hospital as the Director of Medical Staff Services before transitioning to Ranken Jordan - A Pediatric Specialty Hospital later that same year. At Ranken Jordan, they held the positions of Director of Health Information and Chief Privacy Officer, as well as Administrator of Health Information. Throughout their career, Becky has demonstrated their expertise in healthcare information management and a commitment to improving medical staff performance.

Becky Coker, RHIT, CPHQ, holds an Associates Degree in Health Information from Southwestern Illinois College, which they earned between 1995 and 2001. Prior to that, they attended Indiana University/Perdue University at Indianapolis from 1976 to 1978, where they completed two years of college in nursing but did not receive a degree.
