Amy M. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to 2019. Amy began their career as a Hard Goods Trainee Manager at Target in 2005. In 2009, they became a Waitress/Bar Tender at ALH Group, where they were responsible for Responsible Service of Food and Responsible Service of Alcohol. In 2012, they moved on to become a National Australia Bank Service Advisor at Nine Yards, where they advanced their customer service technique and gained experience in a corporate environment. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as an Accounts Receivable Clerk at Miele Australia Pty Ltd and a Claims Administrator at Robert Bosch Australia. In 2018, they also served as a Mentor at EIRENE Internationaler Christlicher Friedensdienst e.V., helping new volunteers integrate into their new environment. Finally, in 2019, they became an Accountant at rankingCoach GmbH and a Small Business Partner at Lapis Apparel.

Amy then continued their education at Box Hill Tafe, where they earned an Associate's degree in Accounting in 2012.
