David Friedrich has held various roles in the past decade. In 2021, they joined rankingCoach as a Business Development Representative and Account Manager, providing excellent customer service during the purchasing process and after, always satisfying customer needs. David also developed materials, presentations, and other marketing communications for sales. In 2019, they became a Brand Ambassador/Sales at 7 For All Mankind, where they contributed to the overall store success by ensuring store sales goals were met while also achieving individual sales goals. David also built client relationships and drove store sales along with excitement about their brand through client outreach. In 2018, they joined Qunomedical GmbH as a Patient Manager/Inside Sales Manager, taking an integral role in contacting leads and giving consultation of doing medical treatments abroad while answering questions to ultimately convert lead into a booking. David also collaborated with the marketing team to see how to gather more leads and create more exposure to drive more business. Finally, in 2011, they began working at Nordstrom as an Assistant Manager, creating a set of strategies that helped minimize store costs by 12% thereby increasing profits, as well as delivering excellent customer service by greeting and assisting each customer.

David Friedrich received their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Houston in 2016. In 2018, they obtained an Online Marketing Management Certification from Cimdata Academy Berlin and is currently pursuing a Digital Marketing Management Certification from CIM Data Academy.
