Milos Paula

Milos Paula is an experienced HelpDesk professional currently serving as HelpDesk Team Lead at rankingCoach since May 2019, following roles as HelpDesk Support Specialist, Junior HelpDesk Specialist, and participation in an Internship Program focusing on HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL. In terms of education, Milos has pursued a UI/UX Design Course at the Software Development Academy from October 2023 to February 2024, and has completed a specialized course in therapeutic swimming from the REAL FEDERACIÓN ESPAÑOLA DE NATACIÓN in early 2022. Additionally, Milos holds two Master's degrees from Universitatea „Aurel Vlaicu” din Arad, one in Applied Informatics in Science, Technology, and Economy, attained from 2020 to 2022, and another in Accounting, Economic Analysis, and Asset and Business Valuation obtained from 2013 to 2015. Milos is also a certified coach, furthering training at the Centrul Naţional De Formare Şi Perfecţionare a Antrenorilor since 2015.
