Eduardo Parraguez

Eduardo Parraguez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Eduardo currently holds the position of Head of Product at Rankmi since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at Rankmi from January 2022 to April 2023. In 2020, Eduardo co-founded Ficios and served as the CEO, overseeing the creation of the company and securing funding. At khipu, where they worked from 2017 to 2021, Eduardo held the role of VP of Engineering and was responsible for managing the engineering team and developing payment gateway and mobile solutions. Eduardo achieved significant improvements in conversion rates and led the development project for the Banco Security mobile App. Eduardo also worked at SKY Airline as a Subgerente de Tecnología from 2015 to 2017, leading process redesign and optimization initiatives, participating in system replacement evaluations, and contributing to the airline's transformation into the first low-cost airline in Chile. Before that, Eduardo co-founded Ateneus, providing IT consultancy services, and held the position of Co-founder / Project Manager. Eduardo also worked at MatrixConsulting as the Head of IT and Infrastructure, overseeing strategic planning and managing a significant budget. Prior to that, Eduardo served as the COO at Acepta, responsible for customer support, operations, and maintenance. Eduardo played a crucial role in several projects and initiatives, leading to significant company growth. Eduardo started their career as a Software Engineer at Jeria Martinez y Asociados, Mazars Chile.

Eduardo Parraguez obtained a degree in Ingeniería Civil Informática from Universidad de Santiago de Chile, which they pursued from 1999 to 2004. In 2018 and 2019, they attended Columbia Business School, where they completed a program called ECLA - Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness in Latin America. Additionally, Eduardo has obtained certifications in Machine Learning from Stanford Online. Eduardo also holds certifications in Auditor interno ISO 9001:2008 and Fundamentos ITIL V3, but the institutions and specific dates of obtaining those certifications are unknown.
