Manuela Iglesias has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Children Therapist intern at La Protectora de la Infancia, where they diagnosed patients with psychological disorders and performed therapeutic interventions. In 2014, they worked as a Recruitment Coordinator at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and later became an Educational Leadership Consultant at Colegio Los Andes, where they created and implemented a program for talent development in teenagers. In 2015, they joined Banco Bci as an Organizational Development Associate, supporting behavioral and organizational change initiatives. Manuela then worked as a Project Researcher Specialist at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, co-authoring a comparative research project on Theory of Mind and Language. In 2020, Manuela co-founded Grade for Good and also served as a Graduate Organizational Development Intern at City National Bank of Florida. In 2022, they became a University Lecturer for the People Analytics Certificate at Facultad de Economía y Negocios - Universidad de Chile. Currently, they are the Head of People Analytics at Rankmi, where they translate people's data into insights, and will soon take on the role of Head of Analytics & AI.
Manuela Iglesias has a comprehensive education history. Manuela completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 2009 to 2013. In 2016, they pursued a Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the same institution. Recently, from 2019 to 2021, they attended Harvard University, where they obtained a Master's degree (ALM) in Business Management.
