Maira Zanardo has been in the customer service and account management industry since 2012. Maira started their career at Ingresso.com as a Leader of Special Services, where they were responsible for responding to Procon cases, legal process subsidies, and defense surveys. Maira also implemented a quality monitoring checklist and monitored it.
