Joseph Ciras

Joseph Ciras is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and engineering in various industries, including power, medical, nuclear, and defense. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Ranor, Inc. since January 2015, Joseph also operates Joseph R Ciras Project Assistance Services, providing expert consulting on auxiliary equipment design and infrared surveys for power plants. Previous roles include Senior Design Engineer at Rodney Hunt Company and Project Manager at KE-Burgmann USA, where Joseph oversaw installations and solutions for high-tech expansion joints. In addition to engineering roles, Joseph was an Adjunct Faculty member at Mount Wachusett Community College. Joseph holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and additional qualifications in applied technology and machine design.
