Joanna Polisena

Joanna Polisena has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent role is as a Learning Experience Designer at Ranpak, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, Joanna worked at Jones Day for over 11 years as a Publications Analyst, specializing in instructional design and development. Before joining Jones Day, they served as the Content Development Manager at Knowbase Networks for seven years. Joanna also has experience in marketing, having worked as the Marketing Director at the Poets' and Writers' League of Greater Cleveland from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they worked as an Office Manager at Maria Heckamen & Associates from 2001 to 2003. Joanna started their career in journalism, working as a Copy Editor at Ashtabula Star Beacon from 2000 to 2001 and as a Reporter at McKeesport Daily News from 1995 to 2000.

Joanna Polisena attended Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus from 1997 to 2001. During this time, they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Letters Arts and Sciences. In 2017, Joanna enrolled at Asian Sun Martial Arts and pursued a degree in Taekwondo. Joanna completed their training in 2022 and earned a Black Belt in the field of study.
