Saket Joshi

Saket Joshi has a diverse work experience in the field of packaging engineering. Saket started their career as a Project Intern at Thermax Limited, where they worked from August 2015 to August 2016.

After that, Saket worked at Kohler Co. starting from September 2016. Saket began as a Graduate Engineering Trainee and worked on migrating legacy packaging component databases and setting up material libraries. Saket also developed packaging component and assembly renderings using various software tools. Saket then moved on to become an Engineer Design, taking on more responsibilities in scaling up and working with global locations. In their final role at Kohler Co., as a Senior Engineer Design, Saket assumed a central role in coordination and leadership, setting priorities, and assigning tasks. Saket also worked with the Industrial Engineering team and the Sustainability team to optimize processes and identify areas of improvement.

Saket then joined Ranpak in April 2022 as a Trainee in the Cold Chain division. After completing this role in September 2022, they joined Ecolab as a Working Student in Packaging Engineering from September 2022 to June 2023. Currently, Saket is working as a Packaging Engineer at Ranpak since July 2023.

Saket Joshi's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. Saket then pursued a Master of Science degree in Management and Engineering in Production Systems from RWTH Aachen University, from 2019 to 2023. During their studies, Saket also attended the Maastricht School of Management for a semester abroad in 2020 to 2021, focusing on Business Administration and Management. In addition to their formal education, Saket has obtained additional certifications in Football Analytics using Python from Mad About Sports in June 2021 and Making Great Sales Presentations from LinkedIn in March 2020.
