Shawn Kibler is a Mechanical Design Engineer with extensive experience in designing custom fluid handling solutions and managing engineering projects. At Cleaning Technologies Group since November 2017, Shawn continues to leverage technical expertise in mechanical design. Previously, as Lead Systems Engineer and Operations Manager at Pump Pro's, Inc., Shawn managed $3 million annually in OEM custom pump systems, supervised a team of engineers and fabricators, and was responsible for all aspects of project execution from quoting to quality assurance. Shawn's background includes a Process Engineer role at Green Tokai Co., with training in Japanese manufacturing techniques, and earlier positions involving engineering co-ops that contributed to foundational skills in SolidWorks and manufacturing processes. Shawn holds an MBA from the University of Cincinnati, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
