Ashley Grengs

Ashley Grengs is a hydrologist currently working at the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) since August 2024. Prior to this role, Ashley served as a Project Scientist 1 at Ransom Consulting, LLC, where responsibilities included conducting fieldwork and developing various project management documents in New England. Ashley's experience also includes positions as a Graduate Assistant, Campus Ambassador, Earth Science Grader, and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of New Hampshire, where contributions were made to educational programs and teaching introductory geology labs. Earlier experience includes roles as a Hydrogeologist Assistant at Weston & Sampson and a Hydrogeologist Intern at GEOSPHERE Environmental Management, Inc., focusing on aquifer testing and data collection. Ashley earned a Master’s degree in Earth Science with a specialization in Geochemical Systems from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor’s degree in Geology/Earth Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
