David Cedarholm is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in managing municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, solid waste, environmental, and civil projects. Currently serving as a Sr. Technical Leader at Underwood Engineers, Inc., since May 2024, David previously held various roles including Senior Engineer at Ransom Consulting, LLC, and City Engineer for the City of Concord, New Hampshire. David's background also includes significant positions as a Senior Project Manager at Tighe & Bond, Town Engineer for the Town of Durham, and Project Manager at Sanborn, Head & Associates, focusing on a range of infrastructure and environmental projects. David's educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Civil/Water Resource Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from SUNY New Paltz.
