Rachel Rodriguez

Rachel Rodriguez currently serves as the Head of School at Ransom Everglades School, a position held since June 2022, with prior experience as Interim Head of School. Before this role, Rachel was the Chief Executive Officer of Defining Skills-Teaching Individual Students Executive Functioning Skills from July 2021 to June 2022 and the Head of the Middle School at Ransom Everglades School from 2005 to 2021. Rachel's educational background includes a Certificate of Advanced Education Leadership from Harvard University (2016-2018), a Master’s degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Nova Southeastern University (2002-2005), and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Florida International University (1985-1989).
