Daryl Schindler

Daryl Schindler has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Daryl started their career as an Accounting Manager at Venice Bakery Ltd. in 1991, where they worked until 1996. Daryl then joined Noranda as a Senior Accountant, eventually becoming the Manager of Consolidation, Mining & Metals. In 1998, Daryl joined Morrison Lamothe Inc. as a Corporate Controller and was later promoted to the position of Corporate Controller. Daryl worked at the company until 2004. Daryl then joined Cara Operations as a Divisional Controller, overseeing financial operations for the Airline Solutions division. In 2008, they joined Volkswagen as a Group Functions Controller, responsible for planning, budgeting, and management reporting. In 2009, Daryl worked as a Management Consultant for their own sole proprietorship. Finally, in 2010, they joined Rapala VMC Corporation as the Director of Finance for Canada, leading various finance and accounting functions.

Daryl Schindler holds a BA degree in Sociology/Social Psychology from the University of Victoria, obtained from 1983 to 1986. Daryl further pursued an MBA degree in General from City University of Seattle, completing it from 1991 to 1996. Afterwards, they obtained a CGA degree from Certified General Accountants of Ontario, completing it between 1995 and 1999. In 2014, Daryl Schindler obtained a CPA qualification from Chartered Professional Accountants Ontario.
