Jon Freeman is a seasoned professional in product design and development with extensive experience in the outdoor and sporting goods industries. As Co-Founder of Onward since May 2022, Jon focuses on blending technical and environmental performance to support progressive brands in creating high-quality outdoor equipment. Concurrently, Jon has served as a Contractor at Rapha since October 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing the design and development of hard goods and accessories, along with significant involvement in key product categories like footwear and eyewear. Prior experience at PDD Innovation from July 2010 to November 2015 as a Senior Industrial Designer involved delivering innovative design solutions for various sectors including wearable technology and medical devices. Jon holds a BA Honours in Product Design from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 2011.
