Lara Poynor is currently the Head of Architecture & Visual Merchandising at Rapha since 2025. Previously, they held positions as a Senior Project Manager at YourStudio and Zone Creations Ltd from 2023 to 2024 and 2021 to 2023, respectively. Their experience also includes roles as Global Project Lead for Store Architecture & Visual Merchandising at Stella McCartney and Project Manager at Seen Displays from 2019 to 2021. Lara began their career as a Part I Architectural Assistant at Brock Carmichael Architects in 2016 and served as Project and Partnerships Manager at The Essential Journal from 2017 to 2019. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Liverpool, graduating in 2016.
