Laura Reyes

Laura Reyes has over a decade of experience in payroll administration and recruitment, currently serving as Payroll Manager at Rapha Racing Limited since November 2016. In this role, Laura processes monthly payroll for staff in the UK, Europe, and Asia, manages sickness records, and coordinates various payroll-related tasks such as maternity and paternity pay. Prior to this, Laura worked as a Payroll and Pensions Administrator at Marylebone Cricket Club, where responsibilities included assisting with payroll administration and liaising with pension providers. Earlier experience as a Recruitment Consultant and Intern at Upgrade Recruitment involved candidate sourcing and client management. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Human Resources Management and Information Systems from the University of Plymouth.
