Lucy Mullen

Lucy Mullen is an experienced professional in product development and innovation, currently serving as the Head of Innovation at Rapha since 2013, where previous roles included Product Engineering Manager and Senior Product Developer. Prior to Rapha, Lucy held positions at HEAD as a Product Developer and at Lady on the Green, LLC as Product Line Manager. Additional experience includes roles at Umbro as Products Line Coordinator/Assistant Merchandiser, Pilkington's Group PLC as Designer, and Mallalieu's of Delph, Oldham as Designer/Studio Assistant. Lucy Mullen earned a BA [Hons] 2-1 in Textiles from Loughborough University between 2003 and 2006.
