Rob Lee is an accomplished creative leader currently serving as Chief Creative Officer at Rapha since September 2023. With extensive experience at adidas since March 2008, Rob has held various positions including VP of Creative Direction for Training/Sportswear, Creative Director for the US, and VP of Design for Basketball in the US Sports division. Prior to this, Rob worked at adidas Group/Reebok International from 1997 to 2008 as VP of Design, and at Reebok International from 2002 to 2005 as Design Director. Rob's academic background includes studies at the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1994 and Monroe Community College from 1989 to 1991.
