Raphael Health Center is a full service, comprehensive care facility, providing medical and dental services to the uninsured and underinsured of Marion County and surrounding areas. We are a Christian community health center and the only faith-based health center in the state of Indiana. Our Mission is to provide community-based, full service health care of the highest quality with respect and dignity for all people including the underserved and uninsured within a setting that shares the love and healing of Jesus Christ.
