De Raphaëlstichting biedt zorg aan mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. Zij is daarnaast actief in de psychiatrie en verpleeghuiszorg. Er werken 1.400 medewerkers op diverse locaties in Noord-Holland voor 1.200 cliënten van alle leeftijden. De Raphaëlstichting werkt vanuit een antroposofische geïnspireerde zorgvisie waarin de individuele ontwikkeling van cliënt en medewerker voorop staat.
