Navin Rungta has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Navin is currently the Founder & CEO of Rapid, an Employer of Record (EoR) platform that facilitates the rapid creation of Indian teams for global startups. Prior to this, Navin co-founded eLagaan in 2009, a company that assists startups with various aspects such as incorporation, compliance management, and fundraising. Navin also co-founded LawGro in 2019, a platform that automates timesheet creation for lawyers, helping them save time and increase billable hours. Additionally, Navin has held positions at FPGA Central as Head of APAC & Board Advisor, Nortel as an Engineering Manager, Broadcom as a Senior Engineer, Ceeyes Software Technologies as a Software Engineer, Hindalco Industries (Birla Copper) as an Officer (Commercial), and Woolworth India Ltd, Uniworth Group as a Management Trainee.

Navin Rungta completed a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology in 1989. Navin then pursued an MTech in Production Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela from 1993 to 1995. In 1995, they obtained an MBA (PGDBA) in Finance and Marketing from ICFAI Business School. Additionally, they also earned a CFA certification in Finance from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India during the same period. In 2014, Navin Rungta obtained a Wharton MBA Foundation Series Certification in Marketing from The Wharton School.
