Derek Uebel

Derek Uebel is an experienced law enforcement professional with a diverse background in both civilian and military service. Since January 2017, Uebel has served as a Police Officer at the Rapid City Police Department. Prior to this, Uebel held various positions including Mortar Platoon Leader at HHC/1-121INF/48thBCT/3ID and Police Officer at Fulton County Government. Military experience includes roles such as Executive Officer and Infantry Platoon Leader with the Georgia Army National Guard. Uebel's early career featured positions as a Deputy Sheriff with the Bibb County Sheriff's Office and a Police Officer with the Macon Police Department. Uebel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Mercer University between 2008 and 2011.
