James Thibault is a dedicated professional with diverse experience spanning law enforcement, sales, and business management. Currently serving as a Police Officer at the Rapid City Police Department since July 2022, James previously worked as an Account Executive in Inside Sales at Thomson Reuters, where relationship-building and customer research were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes a Purchasing Intern role at Graco, managing suppliers and parts, an Executive Board position for St. Jude Up til’ Dawn focusing on fundraising and event planning, and owning and operating Bobby's Beaches, which catered to a substantial customer base. James holds a degree from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University, complementing a solid educational foundation from Totino-Grace High School.
