Joshua Hoefler is a dedicated law enforcement professional currently serving as a Patrol Officer at the Rapid City Police Department since July 2018. Previous experience includes a comprehensive tenure with the Marine Corps Recruiting from January 2004 to September 2017, where Joshua held multiple roles including Facilities Manager, Sexual Assault Victim Advocate, and Operations Manager, demonstrating strong leadership and management abilities. As a Combat Instructor and Squad Leader, Joshua instructed and supervised large groups, maintaining accountability for significant resources and equipment. Joshua's educational background includes certifications from the South Dakota Law Enforcement Academy and OSHA, as well as Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
