Shapour Rafii

Shapour Rafii has had a diverse work experience in the financial sector. Shapour started their career at Sage Payment Solutions in 1999, where they worked as a Project Coordinator and Underwriter until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they worked at Rapid Finance as a Senior Underwriter and Underwriting Manager. Shapour then moved to Merchant Cash Express Ltd in 2008, serving as an Underwriting Manager. In 2009, they returned to Rapid Finance, initially working as an Underwriting Manager before transitioning to a role as a Software Business Analyst from 2013 to 2015. From 2016 to 2020, they held the position of Business Process Manager at Rapid Finance, and their most recent role is Director of Business Processes, which they started in January 2021.

Shapour Rafii attended George Mason University from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management and Operations.
