Tracey Turner is an experienced software engineer currently serving as the Lead Software Engineer at Rapid Finance since November 2021, where responsibilities include collaborating with senior leadership to deliver innovative products and translating business requirements into technical specifications. Previously, Tracey held positions at DealerOn, working as Software Engineering Team Lead and Software Engineer, focusing on aligning technical solutions with business needs and implementing strategic approaches. Tracey also worked at Leidos and the University of Maryland as a Java Software Engineer Intern and Web Developer, respectively. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, obtained in 2016.
