Fraser Hughes

Fraser Hughes has a diverse work experience background in various industries and roles. Fraser started their career in 2018 as a Graduate Engineer at SOGECLAIR aerospace, where they worked in multiple offices handling stress testing, product redesign, and the creation of technical documents. In 2019, Fraser joined GDC Engineering Group as an Airworthiness & Certification Engineer, where they supported aircraft certification processes and ensured compliance with regulations. In 2021, they attended a 12-week coding boot-camp at CraftAcademy, specializing in full-stack web development using React.js, Ruby on Rails, and Node. Fraser then worked as a Full Stack Developer at TimeEdit in 2022, focusing on React frontend development, API integration, and implementing testing and version control practices. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer, Junior at Rapid Images.

Fraser Hughes began their education journey in 2012, attending Sussex Coast College. Fraser completed a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from 2012 to 2014. Following this, they pursued higher education at the University of the West of England from 2014 to 2018. During this time, Fraser obtained a Masters of Engineering (MEng) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering.
