Maik Stange

Maik Stange has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Maik is currently working as a Project Director at Rapid Images since September 2021. Prior to that, they were an Investor at Spintop Ventures since December 2013, where they focused on screening potential early-stage companies in the Gothenburg area.

From September 2019 to September 2021, Maik worked at HiQ as a Functional Safety / System Architect, overseeing functional safety deliverables and software development processes for the Core System Platform of SPA2. Maik also served as a Project Manager at HiQ from December 2016 to September 2019, managing the software development of Volvo's internal holographic prototype mixed reality application.

Before joining HiQ, Maik worked at Autodesk as a Principal Engineer from August 2011 to July 2016. Maik worked on industry-leading products like AutoCAD, Revit, and Fusion 360, focusing on photorealistic visualization.

Maik's entrepreneurial experience includes being the Chief Executive & Co-Founder of NUMENUS GmbH from June 2009 to May 2016. Maik was responsible for developing the overall company strategy and managing various aspects of the business.

Prior to that, Maik worked at dakota solutions GmbH as a Software Engineer & Project Manager from August 2007 to May 2009. Maik also gained experience as a Working Student at IABG from September 2006 to March 2007 and as a Student Research Assistant at Universität Koblenz-Landau from January 2005 to December 2005.

From 2001 to 2007, Maik Stange attended the University of Koblenz and Landau, where they obtained a Diploma in Informatik.
