Archana Vaideeswaran

Archana Vaideeswaran has a strong background in blockchain technology, with experience in both senior and associate roles. At Rapid Innovation, they currently serve as a Senior Blockchain Engineer, where they design and develops smart contracts for decentralized applications (DApps) on different blockchain platforms. Their responsibilities include improving DApp functionality and security by utilizing decentralized protocols and advanced concepts. Archana also tailors smart contract designs to meet specific application needs and integrates them with backend services and subgraphs. Previously, at the same company, they worked as an Associate Blockchain Developer, contributing to the development and deployment of blockchain-based solutions. During this time, they gained experience in programming languages like Solidity and technologies such as Ethereum, Polygon, and Binance Smart Chain. Archana collaborated with senior developers, participated in testing and debugging of blockchain applications, and gained valuable hands-on experience. Prior to Rapid Innovation, they worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a System Engineer, where they developed and maintained Java-based microservices for Bank of America's insurance processing service. In this role, they integrated technologies like Optical Character Recognition (OCR), ActiveMQ message queues, and MySQL databases. Archana also has experience as a Blockchain Intern at KriyaTec IT Systems Pvt. Ltd., where they focused on Hyperledger Fabric and gained insight into permissioned blockchains and their applications in streamlining business processes and enhancing data privacy.

Archana Vaideeswaran attended S.B.I.O.A Model Matric and Higher Secondary School from 2007 to 2016, where they completed their primary, secondary, and higher secondary education. Archana then enrolled at Anna University from 2016 to 2020, studying at the Sri Sairam Institute of Technology and obtaining a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Archana Vaideeswaran has earned several certifications. In August 2020, they obtained certifications in Java and Problem Solving from HackerRank. In July 2020, they completed a course on "Building Full-Stack Apps with React and Spring" from LinkedIn Learning. In March 2020, Archana attended the International Conference on Contemporary Engineering and Technology 2020 organized by the Organization of Science & Innovative Engineering and Technology (OSIET) in Chennai, India. In May 2019, they obtained a certification in Data Science from Udemy. In March 2018, Archana participated in the Smart India Hackathon Grand Finale. In February 2018, they obtained a Java Fundamentals certification from the Computer Society of India. In April 2017, they completed a course on "Introduction to Programming Using Python" from SoloLearn, and in March 2017, they completed a course on "Introduction to Programming Using HTML and CSS" from SoloLearn. Archana also obtained a certification in R from Alison - Free Online Learning in February 2017. Archana became a member of the Computer Society of India in June 2017.
