Shelby Williams

Shelby Williams has extensive work experience in financial planning and analysis. In 2002, they started their career at News America Marketing as a Sr. Finance Coordinator. Shelby then worked as a Graduate Assistant and Intern at the Center For Corporate Citizenship at Boston College from 2005 to 2006. Following that, they joined Monster as a Financial Analyst, where they were responsible for budgeting and forecasting for various departments. From 2007 to 2011, Shelby worked at Charles River Associates as a Sr. Financial Analyst, handling financial reporting and analysis. Shelby then joined inVentiv Health Commercial and held multiple roles, including Senior Financial Analyst, Manager - Corporate FP&A, and Director - Corporate FP&A. Their responsibilities included budgeting, forecasting, and preparing financial reports for senior management and the board of directors. Shelby then joined Syneos Health (Previously INC Research/inVentiv Health) as the Director - Corporate FP&A, managing financial planning and analysis for the newly merged company. In 2019, they joined Rapid Micro Biosystems as the Sr. Director Of Financial Planning & Analysis, where they currently work.

Shelby Williams completed an M.B.A. degree in Finance and International Business from 2004 to 2006 at Boston College Carroll School of Management. Prior to that, they pursued a B.S. degree in Finance and Marketing from 1998 to 2002 at Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
