Zac Schuneman

Zac Schuneman has extensive work experience in sales operations and analytics, with a focus on forecasting, analytics, and process improvement. Beginning in 2004 at ZF Friedrichshafen, Zac worked as an NA Warranty Analyst, where they assisted in discovering manufacturing deficiencies and reduced reporting errors. Zac then moved on to roles at Leica Microsystems, where they served as a Senior Analyst and later as a Manager of Commercial Analytics. In these roles, they were responsible for financial operations, including sales compensation plans and revenue forecasting, as well as business operations, such as reporting and CRM implementation. Zac then joined Ohio Medical as a Senior Manager of Commercial Analytics before transitioning to Knowles Corporation as a Global Manager of Sales Forecasting & Analytics. At Knowles Corporation, Zac led global sales forecasting efforts and analytics. Most recently, Zac worked at Sonova Group as a Senior Manager of Strategic C&A and later as the Director of Sales Operations & Analytics. In these roles, they focused on sales operations and analytics, including strategic planning and analysis. Zac's most current role is as the Director of Global Sales Operations at Rapid Micro Biosystems, where they oversee global sales operations.

Zac Schuneman completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at Truman State University from 1995 to 2000. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Predictive Analytics at Northwestern University starting from 2018.
