Laura Heinen

Laura Heinen has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Laura worked at Rapid Packaging Inc. from 2015 to the present, starting as a Marketing Manager and CRM Administrator before being promoted to Team Lead of the Industrial Bag Division and later becoming the Sales & Marketing Manager. Currently, Laura holds the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Rapid Packaging Inc.

Prior to that, they worked at National Bulk Bag, another Rapid Packaging Company, as a Marketing Manager and CRM Administrator from 2015 to 2023.

Before joining Rapid Packaging, Laura served as the Marketing Office Manager at Superior Paper Handling Solutions Inc. from 2011 to 2015. Laura'sresponsibilities included developing B2B strategies, managing CRM systems and processes, overseeing Google PPC and Analytics, coordinating trade shows, administering websites, and handling various office functions.

Earlier in their career, Laura worked as a Receptionist at Gilleland Chevrolet Inc. in 2010. Laura also served as an Assistant Catering Manager at 912 Regency Plaza / Mi Famiglia Restaurant from 2008 to 2010.

Laura'sfirst professional experience was as a Personal Marketing Assistant at MetLife from 2007 to 2009.

Laura Heinen has a strong educational background in business management and marketing. Laura obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management/Marketing from the Minnesota School of Business in the years 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed an Associates of Applied Science degree in Business Administration at the same institution in the years 2007 to 2008. Apart from their formal education, Laura also holds additional certifications in the field of marketing. Laura completed a Digital Marketing Bootcamp from the National Seminars Training in May 2019 and attended The Social Media Marketing Conference offered by SkillPath in March 2019.
